Children in Need on Friday 13/11/2020

On Friday 13th November 2020, we will be supporting Children in Need.

This year, the primary school campaign is about making children’s mental wellbeing the number one priority.

On the big day, we will hopefully be joining Joe Wicks as he completes his epic 24 hour PE challenge.
He is asking for schools to join in with his live workout to help him across the finish line.
Our Nursery children will be taking part in age-appropriate physical activities as part of the PE challenge.

All children can wear non uniform or sportswear and a donation of £1 is appreciated.
Please can we request that any donations are made in the smallest number of coins possible (e.g. £1 coin or two 50p coins).
Donations do not need to be in a named envelope as collections will be made in individual classrooms.

The Accord Multi Academy Trust is an educational charity established in September 2016 that is currently made up of four academies who were the founding members of the Trust. In September 2016 Horbury Academy and Ossett Academy & Sixth Form College came together, moving away from their stand-alone Trust status and were joined in December 2016 by Horbury Primary Academy and Middlestown Primary Academy.

The overarching vision for the Trust is to work in one ‘Accord – celebrating the differences of each academy through strong collaboration in order to inspire all members of our learning community to be the best that they can be.
