Wraparound Care
Horbury Primary Academy offers Wraparound Care for children both before and after school, offering Parents/Carers the flexibility and security of knowing that their children can pre-booked into our clubs.
Breakfast Club is open from 07:30am until the start of school each weekday.
After School Club runs from the end of the school day up until 6:00pm each weekday.
Horbury Primary Academy does accept Ad Hoc bookings for our Wraparound Care services. However, we request as much notice as possible to ensure that we have suitable staffing.
Please be aware that we do require that all Parents/Carers ensure their accounts on MCAS are fully paid as we cannot accept any Ad Hoc or emergency bookings if there is a debt on the account.
Please note: We no longer offer a holiday club.
Bookings and Payments
Deadline for Bookings
Bookings can be made directly via MCAS at least 7 days prior to the session. For bookings within 7 days please contact the school office or email: wraparound@horburyprimary.accordmat.org
Payments
The MCAS App and MCAS website provide a clear overview of all Wraparound Care bookings, with the total cost for all bookings made and any outstanding payments.
Therefore, Horbury Primary Academy do not provide individual invoices for our Wraparound Care provisions and would request that Parents/Carers routinely check their MCAS app to ensure that their accounts do not fall into arrears.
Additional ChargesIf you book your child in for a specific session at our After School Club and are late to collect them you will be charged for the next session slot. This applies before 6pm.Late collection for After School Club after 6:00pm will be charged at £1 per minute for the first 15 minutes. Additional charges will occur after this time.
Cancellations/Adjustments
If Parents/Carers wish to make any cancellations or amendments to bookings, they can do so via MCAS within 7 days of the start of the session, otherwise a charge will be incurred for each session booked.
