The Great Horbury Bake Off!
Next week we are hosting the Great Horbury Bake Off!
We need you to bake a cake/cookies/bread etc and then send a picture of it through to us at ictwork@horburyprimary.accordmat.org or send it through SeeSaw or on the General assignment if you are using Teams
Please send your picture in by Thursday at 4pm to make sure that it is displayed

The baked goods will be compiled into a Great Horbury Bake Off video that will be displayed on social media on Friday!

We are looking forward to seeing your tasty treats! 😁😋


Young Voices Big Sing

On Tuesday 2nd June at 2.30, The Young Voices Team are doing a virtual sing of The Power in Me
Also, on the site there are You Tube links to crazy Urban Strides dance man doing dance moves.

Big Singalong Part 2 – JUNE 3rd (World Bicycle Day) 🚲

It is the Big Singalong Part 2 on June 3rd and the song of choice is the ‘Big Wheels’🚲This song will be dedicated to all teachers, youth workers and professionals that keep things moving for our young people. A song about keeping going, not always being able to take the easy route and taking time to reflect.

WMS will go live again on Facebook at 11am on the 3rd June to try and bring together as many families and schools as possible 🎧🎼🎤🎹

The Accord Multi Academy Trust is an educational charity established in September 2016 that is currently made up of four academies who were the founding members of the Trust. In September 2016 Horbury Academy and Ossett Academy & Sixth Form College came together, moving away from their stand-alone Trust status and were joined in December 2016 by Horbury Primary Academy and Middlestown Primary Academy.

The overarching vision for the Trust is to work in one ‘Accord – celebrating the differences of each academy through strong collaboration in order to inspire all members of our learning community to be the best that they can be.
