Wraparound Care for Spring Term 1 2022

We are happy to share our next Wraparound Care booking form with you all, for Breakfast and After School Clubs from from Tuesday 4th January 2022 through to Thursday 17th February 2022.
Please note, the Academy will be closed on Monday 3rd January 2021 due to a Bank Holiday and on Friday 18th February 2022 due to a  school INSET Day.

A printed copy of the Wraparound Care booking form can be requested from the admin office, please telephone or email the school to arrange for a paper copy if needed.

Please ensure you complete a separate form for each child.

The deadline for completion of this booking form is midnight on Tuesday 28th December 2021. This will allow us time to process all bookings and ensure we have enough staff on site to support all children. The online system will not be available after this date.

Approved bookings will be confirmed by email from Horbury Primary Academy no later than 04:00pm on Wednesday 29th December 2021.
Please note, bookings will not be approved unless ALL debts have been cleared from your child’s Breakfast Club and/or After School Club Accounts on ParentPay.
