Wraparound Care for Summer Term 1

We are happy to share our next Wraparound Care booking form with you all, for Breakfast and After School Clubs from Monday 12th April 2021 through to Friday 28th May 2021.
Please note, the Academy will be closed on Monday 3rd May 2021 due to the Early May Bank Holiday.
Please use the link below to book into our Wraparound Care provisions:
A printed copy of the Wraparound Care booking form can be requested from the admin office, please telephone or email the school to arrange for a paper copy if needed.
Please ensure you complete a separate form for each child.
The deadline for completion of this booking form is 09:00PM on Tuesday 23rd March 2021. This will allow us time to process all bookings and ensure we have enough staff on site to support all children. The online system will not be available after this date.
Approved bookings will be confirmed by email from Horbury Primary Academy no later than 04:00pm on Friday 26th March 2021.
Please note, bookings will not be approved where there is a debt in excess of £20 per child on ParentPay.
