We are proud to offer a diverse range of after-school activities and clubs for children throughout the academy. These clubs provide an excellent opportunity for pupils to explore new interests, develop valuable skills and build confidence in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Participating in clubs allows children to discover hidden talents, pursue hobbies and engage in activities that may not be part of the regular school curriculum. These experiences also promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while encouraging creativity and resilience. Children who take part in clubs often build stronger friendships, develop a sense of belonging and gain a deeper connection to the school community.
All our teaching staff are actively involved in running these clubs, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedication and professional commitment. In addition to staff-led activities, we also work with professional sports coaches and other experts to offer specialist-led clubs that bring additional variety and expertise to our programme.
The selection of clubs changes each half term, ensuring there is always something fresh and exciting for children to try. Families are notified of the upcoming options in advance, allowing time to choose the activities that best suit their child’s interests. Each club session runs for 60 minutes after the school day and is charged at £2.50 per week.
We warmly encourage every child to take advantage of these wonderful opportunities to learn, grow and have fun. Joining a club is a great way for children to broaden their horizons and create lasting memories while developing important life skills.
