Wraparound Care

We offer wraparound care for children both before and after school, allowing parents and carers flexibility and security of knowing that their children are pre-booked into our clubs.

Breakfast Club is open from 7:30am until the start of school each weekday. After school club runs from the end of the school day up until 6:00pm each weekday.

Bookings should be made seven days in advance via the MCAS app. However, in certain circumstances, we do accept ad hoc bookings.

Please be aware that we do require that all parents and carers ensure their accounts on MCAS are fully paid as we cannot accept any bookings if there is a debt on the account.

Deadline for Bookings

Bookings can be made directly via MCAS at least 7 days prior to the session.  For bookings within seven days please contact the school office or email: wraparound@horburyprimary.accordmat.org

Payments

The MCAS app provides a clear overview of all wraparound care bookings, with the total cost for all bookings made and any outstanding payments. We do not provide individual invoices for our wraparound care provision and would request that parents and carers routinely check their MCAS app to ensure that their account does not fall into arrears.

Additional Charges

If you book your child in for a specific session at our after school club and are late to collect them you will be charged for the next session slot. This applies before 6pm. Late collection will be charged at £1 per minute for the first 15 minutes. Additional charges will occur after this time.

Cancellations/Adjustments

If parents and carers wish to make any cancellations or amendments to bookings, they can do so via MCAS within seven days of the start of the session, otherwise a charge will be incurred for each session booked.
